The Upton Men’s Club proudly announces the awarding of $2,500 scholarships to three outstanding high school graduates: Abigail Noyes from Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School, and Alissa Christensen and Susan Barrows from Nipmuc Regional High School.
